From the concept details, a project designed for and with you.

We create the basic ideas of your project through research into space, atmosphere and circulation. We take into account the environment of the project and we check the coherence of the 2 or 3 proposed designs in relation to your budget.In our architectural jargon, this is the preliminary design or APS.

Following your choices, we take a first look at the details. Our mission: to define a place where it is good to live, where the shape, materials, textures and light will be coherent. At this stage, a more detailed estimate will be provided. Its professional name is of course the preliminary design or PDD.

On your way to the town hall! It can be tricky, but you are in good hands. We draw up the permit file. If necessary, we can call on the services of consultants for certain specific aspects, always with your approval, of course. The name of the file is the Dossier de permis de construire or DPC.

Technical documentation of your project and engagement with those who will build it.

We carry out meticulous work to draw more precisely all the details that make up the project, called the general design project studies or the PRO. This is a technical documentation of the project in plans and sketches, as well as in sections and a written description. We draw the entire layout of your living space. This file will enable us to put a price tag on your project. This can be a frustrating and time-consuming stage for you.

Then comes the consultation file for companies or DCE. Patience, always patience! Like a good dish, your project needs time. We advise you on professionals who share our ethics, and we send them the file along with a provisional schedule so that they can make their offers. For them, this means taking charge of the project, consulting with various suppliers and going back and forth with us.

Accompanying you in the realization of your project, going from the drawing to the material.

Now it's time for construction. You will have understood that all the stages are important and this one is no exception. You entrust us with the reins of the site and we become the project managers. As such, we are in charge of the teams. We are present on site every week and a report is sent to you. We coordinate the companies by drawing up a schedule, by meetings and by reports. Because we surround ourselves with conscientious professionals, they work together. We remain the conductors of the orchestra, not the feeders. We also take care of the accounting of the project for you.
